Gimme Power!:
- Adjusted ability name and description in non-English languages.
- Changed the instant void power refund from affecting allied players to affecting every player.
- Hostile players will not be affected by the penalty period afterwards though.
- Removed the initial cooldown of 60 seconds on upgrades 0-II.
- Changed the instant power refund percentage from 30 / 30 / 50 / 50% to 30 / 30 / 40 / 50%.
