Active: Activate to immobilize the unit by freezing it. In this state it takes 50% less damage and is surrounded by a gelid breeze: hostile ground units within a 30m radius can only move at walkspeed while friendly units take 30% less damage. Mountain Rowdy is immune to all status effects like Freeze or Paralyze for the duration of the effect. Lasts for 20 seconds. Reusable every 40 / 35 / 30 / 30 seconds.
