While the bond exists a targeted enemy will lose 85 / 100 / 100 / 110 life points per second and the caster gains 55 life points per second per bond. Additionally, if a target is still connected after 5 seconds, it will be stunned for 15 seconds. Lasts for 20 seconds. Reusable every 20 seconds.
