Passive: Building is surrounded by a chilling aura of 30m radius that freezes every enemy unit after 7 seconds within it for 10 / 10 / 10 / 15 seconds. What is more, the building is able to ignore the usual damage reduction of frozen enemies and will deal its full damage against them.
