Like most Bandit cards, Bandit Spearmen rely heavily on Life Stealer to sustain themselves throughout a fight. By focusing their attacks on medium creatures, and utilizing the damage bonus provided by Blessed Partisans / Infused Partisans, Bandit Spearmen can double their attack power from 900 to 1800, which is an incredible level of damage that can nearly beat out a Frenzied .Campaign PvE
Blessed Partisans / Infused Partisans make Bandit Spearmen extremely effective in most missions, due to the damage bonus at U-3 allowing them to double their damage. When combined with , this unit can dish out 250% its normal damage output.Random PvE

Bandit Spearmen are designed for taking on extra large units, but do not think that is the only thing they excel at killing! They are quite powerful as they cannot be knocked away and slow your units down when they attack, preventing a retreat. Taking them out at a distance is preferable to engaging in melee whenever possible.
